This year's Grammys were an exciting night to say the least. This year they were hosted James Corden, and featured many young up and coming artists, as well as veterans of the music industry. Unsurprisingly, Adele took home the most awards at 5 with her brilliant new album '25' and highly-praised single 'Hello'. The lengthy list of awards she took home include Best Pop Vocal Album of the Year with her album '25', Best Pop Solo Performance with 'Hello', Song of the Year with 'Hello', Album of the Year with '25', and finally Record of the Year with 'Hello'.

Another familiar face at the Grammys was 23 year old rap artist, Chance the Rapper. The young, up and coming rapper released his third album, 'Coloring Book', which was an instant hit. In it's first week of being released, the album reach number eight on the Billboard 200, and produced over 38,000 downloads. For his very successful album, Chance won 3 Grammy's. He won Best New Artist, Best Rap Performance with his song 'No Problem', and Chance won his third Grammy, Best Rap Album, with his hit album 'Coloring Book'. With his extremely successful Grammy night, Chance made everybody back home in Chicago very proud.

Another legend's spirit was present at this year's Grammys; this legend was David Bowie. Though passing away on January 10, 2016, David was still remembered, winning four Grammys. Last year, in 2016, David Bowie released his final album, which met glowing reviews.  With his newest album 'Blackstar', the late David Bowie won the Grammys for Best Rock Performance, Best Alternative Music Album, Best Engineered Album, Non-Classical, and Best Rock Song. These awards just added to the amazing legacy of a legend; David Bowie.
